Kind Regards, Luke Comley Product Excellence Assistant SEA LIFE London | County Hall | Westminster Bridge Road | SE1 7PBĭear Gemstone070, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave a comment and we hope to welcome you back in the near future. It takes time and trouble to write feedback, and it is very important to us to hear what our guests think. The Aquarium is constantly evolving and this feedback will help us to ensure that we continue to provide magical experiences, but also ensure that we are fully accessible.

The theming of our displays is a major part of this immersive experience and design and layout is a major consideration for us. With regards to wheelchairs, we aim to provide an immersive and memorable experience. We do however monitor the amount of guests entering the aquarium and buggy users are accounted for. With regards to buggies, we are a family attraction so we will always allow guests to enter the aquarium with a buggy. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit overall, such as seeing the different species that we have. A must for a London visitĭear Lisa M, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Plenty of toilets, rest places and wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Over all it's a smashing place, great staff and even better animals. On busy days I would have two lines, one for those who actually want the pictures done and One for those who don't. This cleared the line in minutes and allowed people to enter the place they actually wanted to visit. Just as we reached this bit a very clever young lady came up and moved the barriers and stopped the forced pictures and ushered everyone through. Then the queues continued and then we finally came up to the photo op which was the reason for all the queue back log. Nope then we came up to the bag check guys, again totally for this, I want my day to be safe so check away and the big security guy made my Daughter laugh by saying our M&M's needed to be confiscated. It went along nicely and when we came to the ticket check guy we were thinking that's it. The only down side is the long queues due to photo opportunities, it's clearly not an "always" problem but on arrival the queue was rather lengthy. So anyway back to the place, the array of creatures is very varied and area specific which means you get to see all Sorts of animals and not just fish. Please keep doing that sea life staff! It makes a visit extra special. The staff were lovely and made a point of chatting to my Daughter at the rock pool section that made her day. The place itself is very well laid out, interactive bits are nice and their care for the animals is evident. What you get is a beautiful sight into the world we often forget is even there. If you have been to one sea life centre you will get pretty much the same thing at the London one but.that's what's so good about the place.
